Unavailable for comment. Earlier today we have heard that Townview High School Magnet Application responses will not be coming until after Spring Break. We are hearing the exact same information about these issues from other magnet schools.
The Dallas ISD website currently has a page up stating information on the page “is currently unavailable.”
As we noted last week in the post about late mail, parents are anywhere from on pins and needles to furious.
One poster in the Facebook group Reform Dallas asked rhetorically why anyone was sureprised given the usual hiccups that occur with every Dallas ISD process.
Others noted that these events occur because no one is ever held accountable – be it the Executive Director for magnet programs or the Chief of Schools.
While Dallas ISD’s website currently has a page up stating information on the page “is currently unavailable” the TAG website still lists 28 February 2020 as the dates for magnet notification.
